Child Safety Standards Policy
Last updated: June 16, 2026
MotoClubHub is committed to providing a safe and welcoming environment for all our users. This Child Safety Standards Policy outlines the measures we take to protect children and to prevent the exploitation and abuse of minors in connection with our platform, in line with Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy, the Apple App Store Review Guidelines, and applicable law.
1. Age Requirement and Intended Audience
This application is intended solely for adult motorcycle riders and motorcycle enthusiasts. The services, features, and content provided by the application are designed for individuals who are legally permitted to operate or participate in motorcycle-related activities within their jurisdiction.
The application is not directed towards children and is not designed to attract, engage, or serve users under the age of 18. As a result, the minimum age requirement for creating an account and using the application is 18 years of age or older. This restriction is reflected in the age rating applied to the application on both the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store.
The age restriction has been implemented as a child safety measure to reduce the likelihood of children accessing motorcycle-related social networking features, user-generated content, ride organisation activities, and other services intended for an adult audience. Users who are identified as being under the age of 18 may have their accounts suspended or removed in accordance with this policy.
2. Our Unwavering Commitment to Child Safety
MotoClubHub has a zero-tolerance policy for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE), including Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), and for any content or behaviour that exploits, abuses, or endangers children. Although our service is intended for adults, we remain fully committed to ensuring our platform is never used to harm children.
3. Prohibition of Illegal and Harmful Content
The following types of content and behaviour are strictly prohibited on MotoClubHub:
- Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE): Any content or conduct that sexually abuses or exploits children, including Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) in the form of images, videos, text, or any other media, regardless of its nature or origin.
- Grooming, Solicitation, and Sextortion: Any attempt to befriend, groom, solicit, or coerce a child for sexual purposes, or to obtain, threaten to share, or share sexual content involving a child.
- Content that Promotes Child Abuse: Any content that encourages, glorifies, or facilitates child abuse, neglect, or exploitation.
- Illegal Content: Content that is illegal under applicable laws.
- Harassment, Bullying, and Threats: Any behaviour targeting children that constitutes harassment, bullying, threats, or intimidation.
- Inappropriate Contact: Attempts by adults to initiate inappropriate contact with minors.
4. Reporting and Removal of CSAE
MotoClubHub adheres to a strict protocol for handling CSAE and CSAM:
- Immediate Reporting: Upon discovery or credible report of CSAE, we will report the matter to the appropriate authorities without delay. As an Ireland-based operator, this includes An Garda Síochána and Hotline.ie, Ireland's INHOPE-member reporting hotline. Where the content or offender falls under another jurisdiction, we will report to the relevant national authority or hotline (for example, the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) in the United States).
- Prompt Removal: All identified CSAM will be promptly and permanently removed from our platform.
- Account Termination: Accounts associated with the creation, distribution, or possession of CSAM, or with any other form of CSAE, will be immediately and permanently terminated.
- Preservation of Evidence: Where lawful and appropriate, we will preserve relevant data to assist law enforcement investigations.
5. User-Generated Content (UGC) Moderation
MotoClubHub features user-generated content, including photos, profile information, meet up and route descriptions, and comments. We employ a combination of proactive and reactive moderation strategies:
- Proactive Measures: We utilise automated tools and human review where feasible to detect and prevent the upload of prohibited content.
- Reactive Measures: All reported content is reviewed by our moderation team. Content found to violate our policies will be removed, and appropriate action will be taken against the offending user.
6. Safety Features and Measures
MotoClubHub implements the following safety features to empower users and protect children:
In-App Reporting Tools
- Users can easily report inappropriate content, suspicious behaviour, or violations of our Child Safety Standards Policy directly within the application.
- Reporting options are clearly accessible on user profiles and meet ups.
User Blocking Functionality
- Users have the ability to block other users, preventing them from viewing their content or interacting with them on the platform.
Location Sharing Controls
- Location sharing for meet ups is an opt-in feature. Users have clear control over when and with whom their location is shared.
- Clear warnings are provided regarding the implications of sharing location data.
Privacy Settings
- Accessible and understandable privacy settings allow users to control their profile visibility, content sharing, and interaction preferences.
Safety Education
- We provide safety tips and encourage users to report any concerns.
7. Age Verification
- Users are required to confirm that they meet the minimum age requirement of 18 years during the registration process.
- We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18. If we become aware that a user is under 18, we will act in accordance with Section 1, suspending or removing the account and deleting the associated personal information.
- Because MotoClubHub is intended for adults and is not directed at children, it falls outside the scope of children's data-protection frameworks such as COPPA and GDPR-K.
8. Reporting Violations

- In-App Reporting: Use the dedicated reporting tools within the MotoClubHub application.
- Email: Contact our support team directly at motoclubhub@mod72.com.
We aim to review and action child-safety reports within 24 hours.
Please provide as much detail as possible, including screenshots, user IDs, and timestamps, to help us investigate thoroughly.
9. Enforcement Actions
Violations of this policy will result in:
- Immediate removal of prohibited content.
- Temporary or permanent suspension/termination of user accounts.
- Reporting to relevant authorities where legally required (e.g., CSAE/CSAM).
10. Data Privacy
MotoClubHub collects and processes user data in accordance with our comprehensive Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Because our service is intended for adults and is not directed at children, it does not fall within the scope of children's privacy frameworks such as COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act) or GDPR-K. We do not target children with advertising or collect data from them for profiling purposes.
11. Contact and Child Safety Point of Contact
If you have any questions or concerns regarding this Child Safety Standards Policy, please contact us. For child-safety matters, including notifications from Google Play or other partners regarding potential CSAE, our designated point of contact is the MotoClubHub Support team. This contact can speak to our enforcement and review procedures and can take action where required.
