Our Use of AI

Moto Club Hub ("We", "Us", "Our") is open about how we use artificial intelligence (AI), which is very little. This statement explains where AI is and is not used in connection with the app, how we protect your information, and our approach under the EU AI Act and similar laws.

The app does not use AI

Moto Club Hub does not use AI to run the app or to make decisions about you. The app has:

  • no AI chatbot or virtual assistant;
  • no AI-generated content shown to you;
  • no AI-driven recommendations, profiling or scoring;
  • no automated AI decisions that affect you;
  • no automated content moderation (we rely on human review and user reporting).

Where we do use AI

We use AI only as a tool to help us build and maintain Moto Club Hub, for example to help translate the app and website into multiple languages. Used this way, AI never runs inside the app. It always works on our own content rather than your personal information, and its output is reviewed by a person before it is published.

Your data and AI

We do not use your personal data to train AI models, and we do not share your personal data with AI providers. AI plays no part in how we store, secure or process the information you give us.

Our approach under the EU AI Act and other laws

Because the app uses no AI systems that interact with you or generate the content you see, it sits outside the high-risk and transparency obligations of the EU AI Act and is best understood as minimal-risk. If we ever add an AI feature, such as an assistant you can talk to or AI-generated content, we will tell you clearly, label AI-generated content as such, and update this statement, in line with the EU AI Act and other applicable laws.
